He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Arrowood; his daughter Nicole Garrett (Scott); his stepdaughter Jessica Rae Arrowood; his sister Kay Spiva (Truett); his niece Beth Dillard (Royce); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaylee and Kortney.
