She is survived by: her children, Mike Panter (Susan), Pam Panter Williams (Joel), Mitzi Panter Hatton (David) and Kevin Ray Panter; her grandchildren, Brandie Clore (Jamie), Ashley Panter, Kelsey Lance (Cody), Jodi Whidby (Jon), Jill Fodstad (Jason), Avery Williams, Dustin Johnson (Karessa), Darin Johnson (Erica), Austin Panter (Lillian) and Lainey Panter; her great grandchildren, Haley Vivian (Tyler), Kendall Clore, Ryleigh Clore, Loren Whidby, Clark Whidby, Caroline Whidby, Arthur Fodstad, Warren Fodstad, Owen Fodstad, Jovie Rubio, Jason Faith, Neveah Johnson, Kylee Johnson, Jaxon Johnson, Jhett Johnson, Karson Merrell, David Purcley, Lyla Johnson and Eleanor Johnson; her great great grandchildren, Kenleigh Vivian, Braden Vivian, Cohen Vivian, Landon Vivian, Sutton Lance and Branson Lance; her brother Aubrey "Butch" Ray; and her sister-in-law Bernie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel (7871 Blue Ridge Dr, Blue Ridge, GA 30513). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
