He is survived by: his daughter Paula Brooks (Scott) of Copperhill, TN; his grandchildren, Justin Brooks of Copperhill, TN and Amber Brooks of Copperhill, TN; his great grandchildren, Aidan Garcia of Copperhill, TN, Vanessa Garcia of Clayton, GA, Kassidy Brooks, Asa Brooks of Colorado Springs, CO and Kaylee Brooks of Trenton, GA; his brother Danny Phillips of Ellijay, GA; and his sibling's children, Rhonda Bentley, Jeff Phillips and Jimmy Phillips.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel (7871 Blue Ridge Dr, Blue Ridge, GA 30513). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
