He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Shillcutt and Dorothy Shillcutt. He is survived by: his wife Diane Shillcutt (Rhodes); his children, Gene Shillcutt III, Heidi Shillcutt Tucker, Stacey Reaves (Matthew), Steven Shillcutt (Shelley) and Paul Shillcutt (Suzie); and his siblings, Samuel Shillcutt (Patricia) and Susan Cooper (Edward). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
