He was predeceased by: his father Sylvester Watkins; and his sister Karen Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Brenda D. Watkins of Blue Ridge, GA; his daughter Kimberly; his son-in-law Terry Boswell of Cleveland, GA; his son Shannon; his daughter-in-law Mary Ann Watkins of Brookhaven, GA; his grandchildren, Tiffany Boswell of Cleveland, GA and Jacob Boswell of Cleveland, GA; and his siblings, Joseph Watkins of Blue Ridge, GA, Susan Brown, Betty (Freddy Chastain), Linda (Charlie Ballew) and Vernell (Robert Neuwar). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
