He is survived by : his wife Lisa Mingo Tarver; his daughters, Samantha (Jacob Callihan) of Blue Ridge, GA and Tara (Luke Whitener) of Blue Ridge, GA; his grandchildren, Ryleigh Callihan and Wells Callihan; his mother Patricia Young of Marietta, GA; his brother James M. Tarver, Jr. of Marietta, GA; and his mother-in-law Mary George Mingo of Jasper, GA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
