He is survived by: his wife Brenda Millsaps; his daughter Heather Wingard (Nate); his granddaughter Gracie Watkins; his great grandchild Colter Rutledge; and his siblings, Ruby Barker (Hubert) and Jerry Millsaps (Earlene). He is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
