He is survived by: his children, Joseph Hebert, Jeffery Hebert, Jarrod Hebert, Jeremy Hebert, Jay Hebert and Rebecca Wojciechowski; his stepchildren, Bruce Gagnon and Melinda Densmore; and his siblings, James John Hebert and Crystal Gegelman.
