W. Burk; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph Hammontree, Charles Seabolt and Cindy Burk.
He is survived by: his daughter Gail; his son-in-law Randy Watkins; his grandchildren, Dawn (Eric Cochran) and John (Christy Acuff); his grandchildren-in-law, Jordon and Stachia Cochran; his grandchildren, Colton, Bailey Cochran, Sydnie Cochran, Kloee, Josh Patterson and Dawson Acuff; and his siblings, Ann Hammontree, Lucas "Tubby", Darlene Burk, Alice Seabolt, Frank Burk, Joe, Lou Burk, Willie and Wanda Burk. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
