He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Moulder; his parents, Hank O'Neal, Jr. and Patricia O'Neal; and his sister Erin O'Neal. He is survived by: his brother Hank; his sister-in-law June O'Neal; his sister Patricia DeMarcus; his stepbrother Bruce Spengler (Anne); his daughter-in-law Ryan; his grandchildren, Amanda, Gabriel and Camila Goodrich; his mother-in-law Imogene Dugger; his nieces, Mary Edith Palmer (Larry), Jennifer O'Neal, Elise Henley (Josh) and Lindsay Pulliam (Daniel); and his nephew Keith DeMarcus.
