She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mosley and Stella Crawford Mosley; her husband William H. "Bill" Postell; her grandson Samuel Oliver Postell; and her sisters, Betty Weaver and Doralese Tipton.
She is survived by: her son Harold; her daughter-in-law Lynn Postell; her grandsons, Trey Postell (Katie Rose) and Wesley Postell (Gabriella Gearinger); and her great grandchildren, Claire Postell and Deacon Postell.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made in memory of Johnnie Postell to the Community Fund of West Georgia - Sam Postell Scholarship Fund at 807 South Park Street, Carrollton, GA 30117.
