He was predeceased by: his wife Frances; his father Mrs Luther S. Weaver; and his siblings, Nella Ruth Johnson, Emon, Alon and Arlon Weaver.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan; his son-in-law Gary Hayes; his son Michael; and his daughter-in-law Lydia Weaver. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
