He was predeceased by: his parent Dormas Ray Sullivan. He is survived by: his mother Regina Sparks Sullivan of Grayson, GA; his brother Rick; his sister-in-law Tina Sullivan of Lawrenceville, GA; and his nephews, Craig Sullivan of Lawrenceville and Scott Sullivan (Naomi) of Loganville, GA.
