She was predeceased by: her husband Lester Colson; her parents, James Inman Durden and Esther Lucindy Hodges Durden; and her siblings, Juanita Durden Huette, James Durden and Bloyce Durden.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Colson Durden (Ken) of Blue Ridge, Cathy Colson Bondurant (Chuck) of Cumming and Mannie Milton Colson (Cheryl) of Fountain, Florida; her grandchildren, Beth Morgan (Christopher), Garrett Bondurant (Victoria), Crystal Chandler (Cory), Adam Colson, Justin Bondurant, Rachel Brownfield (Andy Webster) and Jeff Brownfield; and her nephew Donald Ferrarini.
