He was predeceased by : his parents, Edwin "Eddie" Lewis and Margaret Guenther Lewis of Isabella, TN.; and his brothers, Brian Lewis of Isabella, TN. and Chris Lewis of Isabella, TN.. He is survived by : his wife Marline Dills Lewis; his children, Nathaniel Lewis of Blue Ridge and Nichole Lewis Wilson of Blue Ridge; his grandchildren, Amberlee Dawn Lewis of Dalton, Anneliese Saleen Watts of Blue Ridge and Hunter "Roush" Watts of Blue Ridge; and his siblings, Alvin Lewis (Debi) of Wichita, KS, Don Lewis (Margaret) of Isabella, TN and Amy Lewis-Geren of Ducktown, TN. He is also survived by nephews, friends, and other family members.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel (7871 Blue Ridge Dr, Blue Ridge, GA 30513). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
