She is survived by: her daughter Pam; her son-in-law Steve Mathis; her son Jerry Ward; her son-in-law Steve Blevins; her grandchildren, Chad Mathis, Brandon Ward, Candace Welch, Heather Jewell, Duell Blevins, Jeremy Harvey and Jessica Harvey Davis; and her great grandchildren, Colton Mathis, Reed Welch, Braden Jewell, Bree Jewell and Braxton Ward. She is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
