It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Bell of Blue Ridge, Georgia, who passed away on May 3, 2022, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth, Jeanette Bell and Don Nelms; and his aunt Denise Cook. He is survived by: his daughter Jezza; his parents, Susan Nelms and Terry Bell; his stepmother Brenda Bell; his grandmother Pat Nelms; and his stepsiblings, Becky Murphy and Ryan Spurling.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in memory of Steven Bell to Ivie Funeral Home, Inc. to assist with final expenses.
