He is survived by: his siblings, Robert "Bob" Barclay of Ball Ground, GA and Carol; his brother-in-law Sonny Townsend of Florence, AL; his stepchildren, Pat Wilhoit and Paul Millsaps; and his nieces and nephews, Edward Barclay, Robert Barclay, Jr., Patrick, Christy Townsend, Michelle, Chuck Jones, Andrea and John Kidd. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
