She was predeceased by: her parents, James Daniel Cook, Sr. and Era Payne Cook; her husband Clarence Weldon Jackson; her daughter Tina J. Burgess; her grandchildren, Charles "Chad" Everett Burgess and Ryan Thomas Burgess; and her siblings, James Daniel "Danny" Cook, Jr. and Jerry Lewis Cook.
She is survived by: her daughter Paige Jackson; her great grandchild Charlee Grace Cox; and her sister Diane C. Edwards. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
