It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Robilio Ruffin of Bogart, Georgia, who passed away on November 1, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Theresa Bellanti Robilio and Frank Paul Robilio, Sr.; and her siblings, Rosanna Robilio Baldi and Frank Paul Robilio, Jr.. She is survived by : her husband John Stanley Ruffin, Sr.; her children, John Stanley Ruffin, Jr. (Lisa), Cheryl Ruffin Walz (Jonathan), Andrea Ruffin Weir (Scott), Dana Ruffin Redwine (Roby) and Theresa Ruffin Jones (Thomas); her grandchildren, Elizabeth (Andy), Roby, Maggie, Angelina, John Scott, Tommy, Frances, Robert, Rebecca, Abby, Bonnie and Jack; and her great grandchild Wrenlee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
