Hall; his wife Elizabeth Hall; his daughters, Savanna Hall and Leslie Hall; his stepdaughters, Samantha Caldwell and Hannah Caldwell; his brothers, Stephen W. Hall (Karla), Robert D. Hall and James T. Hall; and his pets, Mama Cat, Clarke and Ellie.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in honor of Butch.
