He is survived by: his wife Charlene Elizabeth Phillips (Barksdale); his children, Ivan Miller Phillips, III (Yolandria), Tinisha Snowden, Arthur James Omar Phillips and Jason "Jake" Phillips (Danielle); his grandchildren, Jaren, Chason, Phoenix, Lauren, London, Amiya, Jazmyn, Jaylon, Jordyn and Lincoln; his siblings, Sarah Lorraine Rogers (Richard), Latona Ann Heaster, Joyce Elaine Phillips, Cassandra Montgomery (Glenn), Perry Phillips and Asa Nicole Winters (Manzie); his friends, Eddie Causey and Dakerrah; Najara and Sariya. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many friends.
