He was predeceased by: his parents, Columbus Flournoy'Sam'Nunn and Mary Ethel Montgomery Nunn; and his brothers, Edward Nunn, Eugene Nunn (Betty) of Charlotte, N. C., John Nunn (Ona) and Frank Nunn (Jill).

He is survived by: his sister Sara Ann Speer (Herschel); his sons, Sammy Nunn, Steve Nunn, Keith Nunn and David Nunn (Deanna); his grandchildren, Lee Nunn (Sally), Ashley Erb (Alvin), Nicholas Nunn (Alayna), Ben Nunn, Stephen Nunn, Chris Nunn (Nikki) and Peyton Murray (Taylor); and his great grandchildren, Claire Nunn, Mason Nunn, Amara Erb, Asher Erb, Carolyn Nunn, Oliver Nunn and Patterson Murray.
