She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Waites and Louise Renshaw Cooper; her stepfather Joseph D. Cooper; her husband Jimmy L. Clark; and her siblings, Sonny Waites, Richard Cooper', Judy Cooper and Sara Waites Nabors.

She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Clark (Jennifer), Rhonda Everritt and Karen Clark (Wendy); her siblings, Jackie McMurray and Jody Cooper; and her close friend Ann Makool. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
