He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Bryan and Susie Middlebrooks (Tompkins); and his sister Betty Jean Herren. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Middlebrooks; his children, Greg (Michelle Middlebrooks) and Teresa (Keith Freeman); his grandchildren, Grayson, Karlee Middlebrooks, Mimi, Jonas Hill, Abby, Josh Sewell and Will Freeman; and his great grandchild Maye Leigh Middlebrooks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
