He is survived by: his parents, Jane Strickland and Wendel McGuire; his stepmother Marilyn McGuire (Wade McGuire); his children, Erick McGuire (Amanda) and Mandy Congie (Sam); his grandchildren, Ashlyn Smith, Breckan McGuire, Skyy Smith, Alec McGuire and Wyatt McGuire; and his great grandchild SJ Smith.
