He is survived by: his wife Janet Warren Cooke; his sons, Matthew Cooke (Teresa) and Peter Cooke (Jessica); his grandchildren, Micah Cooke, Hannah Cooke, Caleb Cooke, Noah Cooke and Ethan Cooke; his siblings, Kevin Cooke (Cindy), Douglas Cooke and Beth Southern (Dan); his father-in-law James Warren (Jane); and his siblings-in-law, Nanette Warren Trout (David) and Vince Warren (Tina). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, church family members.
