We announce the death of Gwendolyn Weir Williamson of Bowdon, Georgia, who passed away on June 13, 2026, at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her father Foss Weir; her husband Ray Williamson; and her son Brian Williamson. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Weir; her daughter-in-law Sonia Williamson; her children, Lynn Rooks (Rob) and Wesley Williamson; her grandchildren, Breanna Williamson Duncan (Jackson Tyler Duncan), Eric Williamson (Kelsey), Lindsey Rooks and Trey Rooks (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Isla Duncan, Auden Duncan, Elaine Rooks, Lydia Rooks, Cali Rooks and Bailey Rooks. She is also survived by loving mother, and proud Nana to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
