He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Lovvorn and Ozella Lovvorn; his sister Linda Lipham; his nephew Mike Lowery; his parents-in-law, Herman and Lillian Madden; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Swofford, Elizabeth Robinson, Carolyn Buchanan, Pat Lovvorn, Cheryl Madden, Robert Madden and Dall Lipham.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Madden Lovvorn; his children, Keith Lovvorn (Tina) and Lisa Lovvorn; his grandchildren, Jamie Strickland, Holly Hammond (Kelley), Lacie Morris (Stuart) and Madison Lovvorn; his great grandchildren, Lilliana Strickland, Ayden Johns and Maximillion Hammond; and his siblings, Deborah Lowery (Sherman) and Ronnie Lovvorn (Patricia). He is also survived by in-laws and nieces and nephews.
