She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Capes and Clarise Keefover Capes; her husband Gerald Sullivan; her granddaughters, Melissa Sullivan and Ashley Cannon; and her great grandchild Adalyn Cannon.
She is survived by: her children, Donnie Sullivan (Gale), Gail Taylor, Tim Sullivan (Brenda) and Judy Newberry; and her grandchildren, Shane Taylor, Crystal Stringfellow, Kendra Nelson, Ryan Sullivan and April Newberry. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
