She was predeceased by: her parents, Worthy McBrayer and Ethel Todd McBrayer; her husbands, J. W. Thomasson and Max Ragan; her son Michael Thomasson; and her siblings, Linda Green, Elgin McBrayer, G. W. McBrayer and James McBrayer.
She is survived by: her children, June Sanders (Steve) of Bowdon and John Thomasson (Melissa) of Los Angeles, California; her sister-in-law Betty Thomasson; and her grandchildren, Terie Dukes (Jim), Russ Sanders, Allen Sanders (Brandie), Jason Thomasson (Alisha), John Thomasson, Suzanne Stewart (Christopher), Katie Thomasson, Sally Thomasson and Jake Thomasson (Courtney). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hightower Funeral Home (318 Gordon St, Bremen, GA 30110). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel Hightower Funeral Home (318 Gordon St, Bremen, GA 30110).
