He is survived by: his significant other Carol; his brother Stan (Pamela Noble) of Sandy Springs; his sons, Robert (Susette Noble) of Knoxville and Phillip (Rebacca); his grandchild Rhea Noble of Atlanta; his brother-in-law John Harrington Jr. of Kansas City; his aunt Ruby Gilbert of Windsor; Ralph.
