It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jon Michael Puerta of Bowersville, Georgia, who passed away on August 1, 2022, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Michael O. Puerta; his grandparents, Edna Bartlett Brown, Quenten Brown, Michael and Dulce Puerta; and his friends, Benson and Max.

He is survived by: his mother Lorraine Brown Puerta; his sister Anna Puerta Cobb; his brother-in-law Mark Cobb; his niece Lauren Marie Cobb; his nephews, Dylan and Jake Cobb; his aunt Sonnia Aleman; his close friend Jarrett Vire; and his pet Rommel. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
