He is survived by: his wife Jill Holden Mullinax; his daughter Melanie Mullinax of Buford, GA; his stepson Dallas Cruce (Mary Cate) of Athens, GA; his grandchildren, Anna Gaines, Elijah Gaines of Buford, GA and Iva Cruce of Athens, GA; his father-in-law Silas Holden of Tucker, GA; his sister-in-law Julie Falk; his nieces and nephews, Andrew Falk of Tucker, GA and Ryan Falk of Tucker, GA; his stepdaughter-in-law Lauren Cruce Vaughan; his stepsiblings, Ron Echols (Donna) of Gainesville, GA, Ricki Tobin (David) of Bethlehem, GA and Lane Puckett (Berry) of Dacula, GA; Vivian of Cumming, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a host of many friends.
