He was predeceased by: his parents, John Patrick Barrett, Sr. and Doris Sella Barrett. He is survived by: his wife Linda; and his children, Jennifer Perez (Julian Perez) of Gainesville, GA, Jack Barrett III of Sussex, NJ, Tamara Kampfer of Raleigh, NC and Dawn Crosby (Patrick) of Gainesville, GA. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, and one Great Granddaughter.
