He is survived by: his wife Mina Plascencia; his children, Maria Plascencia-Avina, Elizabeth Velasco and Jose Plascencia; and his grandchildren, Victoria Avina (Devin), Anthony Paz, Isaac Plascencia, Jaylene Paz, Mia Velasco and Lu Plascencia.
