He is survived by : his parents, Teddy Lee Duboise (Pam) of Midland and Karen Fleming Russell (Kyle) of Braselton; his sons, Tucker Lee Duboise and Trevor Luke Duboise; his siblings, Kayla Marie Clary, Kristen Leigh Duboise, Brook Duboise Webster, Erica Bishop and Myles Duboise; and his grandparents, Gerald and Marie Fleming.

In lieu of flowers, Christmas gifts may be brought for Trevor's two sons, Tucker (6) and Trevor (2).
