He was predeceased by : his parents, Otis Grier and Lorraine Gilstrap Grier. He is survived by : his wife Lola Jean Grier of Bremen; his children, Tanya Savage (Kevin) of Alto and Michael David Grier (Sheryl) of Blairsville; his stepsons, Shawn Hunter and Michael Hunter; his siblings, Farris Grier of Cornelia and Gerri Tafoya of Williamson, Georgia; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Moon Hodges and Fred Moon (Kim). He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren.
