He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Weaver and Rozell Fuller Weaver; his daughter Sandy Weaver McIntosh; and his siblings, Janet Christopher, Melvin Weaver and Duma Weaver.
He is survived by: his daughter Sheila Ann Weaver; his grandchildren, Tyler, Taylor McIntosh, Krissy, Brad Culpepper, Clayton and Courtney McIntosh; and his great grandchildren, Will McIntosh, Carley Culpepper, Ivy McIntosh, Tucker Culpepper, Knox McIntosh, Judah McIntosh and Rory McIntosh.
