He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Denver Skinner. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jett Skinner; his children, Mitchell Skinner of Carrollton, Denver A. Skinner (Kyra) of Carrollton, Amber Moore of Carrollton, Michelle Skinner of Atlanta, Jodi Wahpekeche of Fort Walton and Terri Davis of Dublin, Georgia; and his sisters, Chris Mayo (Acie) of Douglasville, Marian Mills (Ted) of Leesburg and Yvonne Hasty of Bremen. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
