She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch Samples and Sula Mae Yarborough Samples; and her siblings, Larry, Fields, Doyle, Velma and Mozelle.
She is survived by: her son Tony Samples (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Zack Samples (Madison) and Bree Simmons (Phillip); and her great grandchildren, Nash and Arthur. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hightower Funeral Home (318 Gordon St, Bremen, GA 30110). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
