He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Wilcox and Elsie Lavada Walker (McCall); his brother David Arthur Walker; and his daughter Jessica Marie Walker. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Lynn Walker of West Virginia, Jennifer (David Rusnak) and Ciera Dawn Musicaro of Orange Park, Florida; his sisters, Annette Glass of Lake City and Bobbie (Jim Lane); and his grandchildren, Kayden Blackman, Richard, Jade Cuiksa, William Padgett, Jr., Austin Walker, Christopher and Bryan Bemis. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
