We are sad to announce that, on November 6, 2022, at the age of 86, Ivee Jackson McGukin of Bremen, Georgia, born in Carrollton, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel A. Jackson Sr. and Lola Wright Jackson; her daughter Donna McGukin Patterson; and her siblings, Nathaniel Jackson, Archie Jackson, Stewart Jackson, D. A. Jackson Jr., Rev. Searcy Jackson, Peggy Leopard and Videria Gray.
She is survived by: her husband Gene McGukin; her son Douglas; her children-in-law, Jennifer McGukin of Bremen and Steve Patterson of Bremen; her grandchildren, Zach, Christian Patterson, Matt, Madison Patterson and Emma Grace McGukin; and her sister Marie Ragsdale. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the First Baptist Church of Bremen Building Fund. Donations may be mailed to 331 Pacific Ave. Bremen, Georgia, 30110.
