He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ploof Hagan; his sons, Randy (Terri Hagan) and Richard Hagan of Whitesburg; his grandchildren, Keily Austin, Benjamin Hagan, Alicia Wynn, Hayley Hutcheson, Erin Hagan and Cooper Hagan; his great grandchildren, Finney, Gemma Austin, Rhylynn, Wylder Hagan, Addyson, Ethan Wynn, Kaiden and Cameron Hutcheson; his siblings, Paulette Evans Davis of Buchanan and Jimmy; and his sister-in-law Betty Hagan of Draketown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
