She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Loveless Pointer (Mary L. Thompson) and Mary L. Thompson Pointer; her husband Hoyt L. Cook; and her siblings, Alice Elsberry, Loudelle Beckham, Erma Gene Millians, Letson Pointer, Lawrence Pointer, Norman Pointer, Gerald Pointer and James Pointer.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Lee Cook (Jean) and Barry Lewis Cook; her grandchildren, Victor Lewis Cook (Amber), Davy Cook and Josh Cook; and her great grandchildren, Skylar Cook, Jason Cook and Ethan Cook. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
