She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Brumit and Hazel Love Brumit; her stepfather Bill Brumit; and her brother Johnny Brumit. She is survived by: her husband Larry Kohl; and her children, Robyn Ward of Bremen, Christina Smith of Cedartown, Nicole Lackey of Cedartown, Dana Avery of Roopville, Dena Akery of Heflin, AL, Wyndi Perry of Rome, Kristi Kohl of Bremen and Jeff Kohl of Savannah. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
