We announce the death of Judy Minton of Bremen, Georgia, who passed away on October 19, 2026, at the age of 79. Judy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Lucille Brown and Everette Brown. She is survived by: her husband Roger Lee Minton; her children, Rhonda Bumgardner (John "Bubba" Bumgardner), Leanne Lee (John Lee) and Jeff Minton (Leanne Minton); her grandchildren, Jessica Mason (Tanner Mason), Ansley Bair, Blake Bumgardner (Bo Bumgardner), Jacob Bumgardner, Paige Eriquezzo (Ryne Eriquezzo), Lauren Sullivan (Corey Sullivan), John Henry Lee IV, Sam Minton and James Bumgardner (Ashana Bumgardner); her great grandchildren, Winona Mason, Eloise Grey Eriquezzo and Charles Sullivan; her brother Randy Brown (Leigh Ann Brown); and her cockatiel Lucky. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Mars Hill Baptist Church (4585 E Hwy 166, Carrollton, GA 30117). A reception will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Mars Hill Fellowship Hall (4585 E Hwy 166, Carrollton, GA 30117).
