He is survived by: his wife Joy Wallace Cole; his stepchildren, Roy Garner (Pam), Wiley Garner (Harlee) and Jennifer Reagan (Stan); his grandchildren, Alvin Garner (Ashley), Trevor Garner (Mandy), Taylor Reagan, Trey Reagan, Lillian Garner (Ethan) and Elias Garner; and his great grandchildren, McKinnley Garner, Peyton Fowler, Nathan Garner, Phoenix Williams and Axel Garner.
