She is survived by: her husband Larry McCarley; her children, Monica McCarley-Hammond (Brandon), Patrick McCarley, Molly McCarley Alexander (Chris) and Mary Elizabeth Easterwood; her brother Lamberth Warren; and her grandchildren, Mary Lee Holm (Ben), Eliza Christine Alexander, Oliver Easterwood and Delilah Medal Easterwood.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hightower Funeral Home (318 Gordon St, Bremen, GA 30110).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Mrs. Patsy's honor to Cancer Navigators at The Harbin Clinic in Rome, Georgia.
