She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Jackson Matthew Sanders and Agnes Mae Gladden Sanders; her husband James Harry Schaus; and her brother Jerry Sanders. She is survived by: her children, Melissa, Alan Singleton of LaGrange, Paul and Deborah Schaus of Bremen; her siblings, Johnny (Carole Sanders) and Imogene Houston; her grandchildren, Joseph Schaus (Katie), Nicole Schaus, Brooke Barnett (Jadey) and Andrew Hamilton (Haley); and her great grandchildren, Abigail, Landon and Remi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
